WG Dairy Supply is seeking an individual for employment to lead the installation, maintenance, and service of milk refrigeration systems. Secondary responsibility for install, maintenance and service on traditional milking, feeding and waste handling systems primarily on dairy and commercial operations throughout central and southern Michigan/Northern Ohio/Indiana. WG Dairy is looking for a team player who is curious, has a team-first attitude, service-oriented and possesses mechanical aptitude. The candidate should possess strong refrigeration systems aptitude and experience will be given strong preference additionally electrical wiring, plumbing and dairy farm experience are preferred but not required. · Proficient knowledge of refrigeration, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
· Ability to perform basic repairs and required maintenance using special tools and equipment as provided by WG Dairy Supply
· Basic computer abilities with proficiencies in oral and written skills
· Ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
· Promptly attend required trainings to receive pertinent certifications for on-call scheduling
· High School Diploma or equivalent experience is required; Associates degree preferred
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Typical Duties:
- Full Time position to perform the preventative maintenance and service of dairy refrigeration systems. These products and services include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Refrigeration components of new/used milk tanks and cooling systems.
- Refrigeration components of chiller systems
- All components of new and remodeled milk harvesting equipment
- Complete electrical wiring and installation in barns and farms- perference
- Plumbing for dairy operations – preference
- Stainless, sanitary layout and welding will be large assist in installation of complete refrigeration systems
- Account for time spent on jobs and material used in performing duties

Typical Duties:
- Provide professional customer service in serving the needs of “walk-in” customers filling parts orders and answering questions.
- Organize and fulfill parts orders for WG service technicians to use to fill service work orders. Stage and/or return unused parts. Communicate phone orders or counter.
- Provide customer and technician phone support fulfilling orders and answering equipment parts questions.
- Manage inventory levels as determined by Creston parts team and Leadership team through order/receive/stock parts from Creston home office and/or all manufacturers.
- Receive and send UPS parts orders/shipments
- Assist customers in purchasing decisions on small dairy, barn, feeding and manure equipment as inside sales role.
- Work under the transition team leader on multiple tasks in various stages
Skills Preferred:
- Ability to communicate with customers and teammates through verbal, phone and written communication.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks throughout each day.
- Organizational skills to manage a professional working and functional department to exceed the needs of customers
- Ability to perform basic Microsoft Office functions and learn to use Odoo business software to manage parts department of the WG East – Columbiana office
- Daily work order and sales invoicing and sent to customers.
